Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, or other resolutions may be considered for purchases made through Wholesale Pallet Co. at wholesalepalletco.com.
Because we sell liquidation, overstock, shelf-pull, customer-return, surplus, and wholesale merchandise in pallets, lots, boxes, and truckload quantities, our products are different from ordinary retail purchases. Buyers should carefully review each product description, condition information, photographs, available manifests, and other listing details before completing an order.
By placing an order with Wholesale Pallet Co., you agree to the terms outlined below.
For questions about an order, contact us at:
Phone: +1 (228) 446-1628
Location: Mississippi Gulf Coast, United States
1. Liquidation Merchandise Is Sold as Wholesale Inventory
Wholesale liquidation merchandise may include:
- Overstock products
- Shelf pulls
- Customer returns
- Surplus inventory
- Discontinued merchandise
- Packaging-damaged goods
- Mixed-condition merchandise
- Open-box items
- Uninspected customer returns
- New merchandise where specifically stated
The exact condition of merchandise may vary depending on the pallet or lot purchased.
Customers must review the product listing carefully before purchasing.
Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, liquidation inventory should not be assumed to be identical to new retail merchandise purchased directly from a traditional retail store.
2. Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of liquidation and wholesale inventory, all pallet, box, lot, and truckload purchases are generally considered final sale once they have been processed and shipped.
We normally do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Inability to resell merchandise
- Lower-than-expected resale value
- Customer preference
- Failure to read the product description
- Minor packaging differences
- Cosmetic imperfections consistent with the stated condition
- Product assortment differences on unmanifested or mixed pallets
- Individual items that are unsellable within a mixed liquidation pallet
- Failure to understand the nature of liquidation merchandise
Customers should make sure they fully understand what they are purchasing before placing an order.
3. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact Wholesale Pallet Co. immediately at +1 (228) 446-1628.
A cancellation may be possible only if:
- The order has not yet been processed for shipment.
- Freight has not already been scheduled.
- The order has not been collected by the carrier.
- Warehouse preparation has not reached a stage where cancellation costs have already been incurred.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be cancelled.
Once an order has been dispatched or collected by the freight carrier, it can no longer be treated as a standard cancellation.
If freight, handling, payment-processing, storage, or other nonrecoverable charges have already been incurred, those costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
4. Incorrect Orders
If Wholesale Pallet Co. sends a pallet, box, lot, or product that is materially different from the order you placed, contact us as soon as possible.
Incorrect shipments should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
When contacting us, provide:
- Your order number
- Name used on the order
- Description of the item ordered
- Description of what was received
- Clear photographs of the shipment
- Photographs of labels and packaging
- Video evidence where useful
- Delivery paperwork or Bill of Lading if requested
After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which could include:
- Replacement
- Exchange where available
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund where appropriate
The available resolution will depend on the circumstances and availability of replacement inventory.
5. Damaged Shipments
Freight shipments must be inspected carefully at the time of delivery.
Before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL), check the shipment for visible freight damage.
This includes:
- Broken pallet boards
- Torn wrapping
- Crushed boxes
- Major impact damage
- Missing cartons
- Water damage
- Damaged packaging
- Other visible signs of freight mishandling
If visible shipping damage is present:
- Take clear photographs and videos.
- Note the damage directly on the delivery receipt or BOL.
- Ask the driver to acknowledge the visible damage where possible.
- Keep all packaging and damaged merchandise.
- Contact Wholesale Pallet Co. immediately.
Visible freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Damage that could not reasonably be discovered until the pallet was unpacked should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims made after these periods may be difficult or impossible to process with the freight carrier.
6. Do Not Discard Damaged Merchandise
If you are making a damage claim, do not throw away:
- Damaged products
- Boxes
- Wrapping
- Shipping labels
- Pallets
- Packaging materials
- Freight paperwork
The freight carrier or insurer may request photographs, inspection, or additional evidence before a claim can be processed.
Disposing of merchandise or packaging before a claim is resolved may affect your eligibility for compensation.
7. Freight Damage vs. Product Condition
Freight damage and liquidation product condition are not the same thing.
Freight damage
Freight damage occurs during transportation after the shipment leaves the warehouse.
Examples include:
- Crushed pallet during transportation
- Forklift damage
- Water exposure during freight transit
- Broken pallet caused by carrier handling
Liquidation condition
Liquidation condition refers to the condition in which merchandise was sold.
Depending on the listing, this may include:
- Customer returns
- Open-box merchandise
- Shelf pulls
- Packaging damage
- Used items
- Untested merchandise
- Missing accessories
- Cosmetic imperfections
A refund will generally not be approved simply because merchandise has characteristics that were reasonably consistent with the condition disclosed in the listing.
8. Manifested Pallets
Some pallets may include a manifest describing the expected inventory.
Where a manifest is provided, customers should understand that minor variations may occasionally occur because of warehouse handling, inventory reconciliation, or other operational factors.
If you believe there is a significant discrepancy between the received pallet and the provided manifest, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:
- Order number
- Copy or screenshot of the manifest
- Photographs of the pallet
- Photographs of received merchandise
- Details of the alleged discrepancy
We will review the claim and determine whether a resolution is appropriate.
9. Unmanifested & Mystery Pallets
Unmanifested, assorted, mixed, or mystery pallets are sold without a guaranteed item-by-item inventory list.
Customers purchasing these types of pallets acknowledge that:
- Product assortment may vary.
- Quantities may vary.
- Brands may vary.
- Individual item conditions may vary.
- Exact resale value is not guaranteed.
Unmanifested pallets cannot normally be returned simply because the customer expected different products or a different assortment.
10. Expected Retail Value & Resale Potential
Any estimated retail value, MSRP, resale estimate, or potential profit shown on the website is provided for informational purposes only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Wholesale Pallet Co. does not guarantee:
- A specific resale price
- A specific profit margin
- That every item will sell
- That every item will be functional
- That retail market prices will remain unchanged
- That a pallet will generate a particular amount of revenue
Actual resale results depend on numerous factors, including product condition, local demand, marketplace fees, selling platform, customer location, and the buyer’s own business practices.
A lower-than-expected resale outcome is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
11. Missing Merchandise
If you believe cartons, boxes, or significant merchandise are missing from your shipment, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Before contacting us:
- Inspect the entire shipment.
- Check the pallet wrapping.
- Compare the received order with available documentation.
- Review the Bill of Lading.
- Photograph the shipment before fully unpacking when possible.
Claims involving missing freight may require investigation with the carrier.
12. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered when circumstances such as the following are verified:
- The wrong order was shipped.
- A shipment was materially misrepresented in the listing.
- An order was cancelled before processing and shipment.
- Merchandise was lost during shipping and the applicable claim is approved.
- Severe freight damage makes the shipment unusable and an appropriate freight claim is approved.
- Wholesale Pallet Co. determines that a refund is the most appropriate resolution.
Approval is determined on a case-by-case basis.
13. Partial Refunds
In some situations, a partial refund may be more appropriate than a full refund.
Examples may include:
- Partial freight damage
- A portion of a shipment missing
- A limited documented discrepancy
- Minor issues that do not affect the entire order
The amount of any partial refund will depend on the verified issue and circumstances of the order.
14. Replacement or Store Credit
Where appropriate, Wholesale Pallet Co. may offer:
- Replacement merchandise
- Replacement pallet
- Store credit
- Partial credit toward a future order
A replacement is subject to inventory availability.
Because liquidation merchandise changes frequently, an identical replacement pallet may not always be available.
Where an identical replacement cannot be supplied, we may offer another reasonable resolution.
15. Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, it will normally be issued using the appropriate available refund method.
Processing times may vary depending on:
- Payment method
- Bank
- Card issuer
- Payment processor
After a refund has been issued by Wholesale Pallet Co., additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in the customer’s account.
Any original freight, handling, processing, storage, or other nonrecoverable costs may be excluded from the refund where applicable.
16. Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping and freight charges are generally non-refundable once the carrier has performed the transportation service.
Where a refund results from an error attributable to Wholesale Pallet Co., shipping costs may be handled differently depending on the circumstances.
Freight charges related to:
- Refused shipments
- Failed deliveries
- Incorrect customer addresses
- Missed delivery appointments
- Customer-requested return transportation
may remain the responsibility of the buyer.
17. Return Shipping Costs
If Wholesale Pallet Co. authorizes a physical return, customers must follow the return instructions provided by our team.
Do not send merchandise back without prior authorization.
Depending on the reason for the return, the buyer may be responsible for:
- Return freight
- Packaging
- Carrier charges
- Lift-gate fees
- Storage charges
- Handling charges
If the return results from a verified error by Wholesale Pallet Co., we will determine the appropriate arrangement for return freight.
18. Unauthorized Returns
Wholesale pallets should not be shipped back to our location without prior approval.
Unauthorized returns may:
- Be refused
- Incur storage fees
- Incur additional freight charges
- Be returned to the sender
Contact us before arranging any return shipment.
19. Refused Deliveries
Customers should not refuse freight deliveries solely because minor external damage is visible.
When possible, the proper procedure is to:
- Inspect the shipment.
- Photograph the damage.
- Record the damage on the BOL.
- Accept the shipment.
- Contact us immediately.
A shipment should generally be refused only if it has suffered severe damage that makes reasonable acceptance impossible.
If a customer refuses an otherwise deliverable shipment without an approved reason, return freight and associated fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
20. Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an issue caused by the buyer, the order will not automatically qualify for a full refund.
Examples include:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Failure to schedule delivery
- Failure to answer carrier communications
- Delivery location inaccessible to the truck
- Refusal to pay required freight charges
- Unjustified refusal of the shipment
The buyer may be responsible for:
- Redelivery charges
- Storage fees
- Return freight
- Additional handling charges
Any refund considered after merchandise has been returned may exclude these costs.
21. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Wholesale Pallet Co. before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Many order, shipping, or product issues can be resolved directly.
When a chargeback is filed, we may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant documentation, including:
- Order information
- Proof of payment
- Product listing
- Customer communications
- Shipping information
- Tracking records
- Delivery confirmation
- Bill of Lading
- Photographs
- Policy acceptance records
Filing a payment dispute does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund.
22. International Orders
International liquidation orders are generally subject to the same final-sale conditions as domestic orders.
International buyers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs taxes
- VAT
- Customs clearance
- Local import requirements
- Product restrictions
- Customs documentation requirements
A customer refusing an international shipment because of import duties, customs charges, or local import regulations may remain responsible for freight, customs, storage, return transportation, and related costs.
Failure to research applicable import requirements does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
23. Local Pickup Orders
Customers collecting merchandise locally should inspect their order before leaving the pickup location whenever practical.
Once the shipment has been loaded into the buyer’s vehicle and accepted, responsibility for safe transportation transfers to the buyer.
Damage occurring after the customer takes possession of a local pickup order is not considered freight damage caused by Wholesale Pallet Co.
Any order issue should be reported as soon as possible.

To request assistance with an order, contact Wholesale Pallet Co. and provide as much information as possible.

- Full name

25. Claim Review
Submitting a return, damage, or refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.
We may review:
- Product listing
- Stated merchandise condition
- Customer photographs
- Videos
- Freight records
- Tracking information
- Carrier documentation
- Warehouse records
- Order communications
- Delivery paperwork
We will determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and available evidence.
26. Policy Abuse
Wholesale Pallet Co. reserves the right to reject claims that reasonably appear to involve:
- Fraud
- Altered photographs
- Misrepresentation
- Intentional product damage
- Repeated abusive claims
- False missing-item reports
- Attempts to retain merchandise while receiving an unjustified full refund
Nothing in this section limits rights that customers may have under applicable law.
27. Changes to This Policy
Wholesale Pallet Co. may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time.
Changes become effective once the revised policy is published on wholesalepalletco.com.
Customers should review the current policy before placing an order.
The version of the policy applicable to an order will generally be the version available when that order was placed, subject to any rights required by applicable law.
